Are you looking to grow in your professional role, but aren't sure how? Are you seeking greater fulfillment and well-being at work? Whether you’re a mid-career professional or just a few years in, this dynamic workshop is designed to equip you with the tools and strategies you need to truly thrive. 
Participation is limited to nonprofit professionals who are currently not in an Executive Director role. 

Participants will explore the following topics:

  • Clarifying vision and values to use in decision-making

  • Shifting perspectives and seeing obstacles as opportunities

  • Identifying sources of support for the process of professional growth

  • Increasing self-awareness and emotional intelligence

  • Creating action steps for accomplishing goals

Participants are invited to come to the workshop with at least one topic from their work life about which they would like to gain further clarity and insight. They should also bring along a willingness to share, listen, and be vulnerable.
